I remember the days when anxiety and panic attacks were my reality. Despite holding it together as a finance manager in the corporate world, inside I felt overwhelmed and disconnected. It took a long journey of struggle, self-discovery, and growth—including following various courses and trainings—to learn that life could be different—full of trust, love, and freedom.
During my search for healing, I discovered the power of tapping. It was a turning point. Together with Willeke van Barneveld (psychologist, EMDR specialist, and hypnotherapist), we combined our expertise and personal journeys to develop a unique and powerful method: the Heart Reset.
